Payment
Payment in cash, check or credit is due at each appointment.
My practice is self-pay as I am not on any health insurance panels. However, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan if your insurance carrier allows you to choose an out-of-network provider. Please contact your insurance provider to obtain information regarding your mental health benefits.
Please call or email me in order to discuss my current fee. I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments, lower than my usual fee, based upon income and ability to pay. Please call me if you are interested in receiving therapy but cannot afford to pay the full fee. I will do my best to accommodate your financial situation, or assist you with finding appropriate referrals.
Any appointment missed or cancelled without 24 hours advance notice will be charged at the full rate, except in the case of emergency.
Parking
Parking in the building is available for a fee. Metered street parking may also be available.
